How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks before your event to secure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

Do you deliver and set up the equipment?

Yes, our team handles delivery, setup, and collection to ensure everything is ready and stress-free for your event. Depending on the distance additional transport charges may apply.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable before or on delivery.

What happens if something gets damaged?

We understand accidents happen. Minor wear and tear is acceptable, but significant damage or loss may incur a replacement or repair fee as outlined in our hire agreement.

Can I customize the setup?

Absolutely. Our furniture and tents are modular, allowing you to create layouts that suit your event style and space.
